The best warranty on the market

Amerec’s 5-Year residential warranty provides peace-of-mind protection for the
homeowner. Amerec products are engineered to deliver years of reliable operation
and we back them with the most complete warranty in our industry. All component
parts, including controls and accessories, are covered for five (5) years from the date
of installation and we provide in-home labor for up to two (2) years from the date of
installation for products installed in residential applications. Warranty service is
provided by a network of authorized repair agents throughout the U.S.

Control Units

Q. What types of controls are available to choose from?
A. Amerec offers an innovative wireless RF control that can be used to control all steam bath
functions from virtually anywhere in your home up to 50’ from the generator. The K200i Freedom
Control eliminates the need to bury control cables inside walls and offers the ultimate steam
bath experience. We also offer a choice of three attractive, low profile thermostatic
controls; T100, KT60, K60 and K30.

Q. What finishes are available for Amerec steam bath controls?
A. The K200i Freedom Control is available in three colors, Biscuit and White. The KT60,
K60 and K30 control kits are available in Polished Chrome, Polished Brass, Polished Nickel,
Brushed Nickel and Oil Rubbed Bronze.

Q. Where should my control be located?
A. The K200i Freedom Control allows total flexibility as it can be used inside the steam
shower and throughout your home. Our KT60 control features an integral temperature sensor and
must therefore be installed inside the steam room. The T100, K60 and K30 controls include a remote
sensor, allowing the control to be mounted either inside or outside the room as desired by the
user. We also offer dual control kits that allow one control inside the room and another
outside. Location is normally determined by user preference.

Require very little maintenance

Amerec steam bath generators, controls and accessories require very little
maintenance. The water tank should be drained and flushed at least every six months
to reduce scale build up. The most efficient way of doing this is to add the optional
ADK automatic drain system to the generator so the tank is drained and flushed
after every steam bath.

Periodic inspection of the generator for plumbing connection leaks, damaged electrical
wires and excessive dust will help ensure years of reliable performance.
