    Amerec's 3T series generators are engineered for performance and reliability. The innovative "soft steam" feature provides the ultimate in steam bathing comfort. Minimal temperature variations and an even flow of steam are the two most important performance characteristics of a steam bath. Amerec engineering delivers both with innovative "soft steam" element switching to maintain a consistent and comfortable bathing environment. The 3T uses full power to quickly heat up the steam room to its preset temperature; then it cuts power to half its elements, resulting in a more consistent flow of soft billowing steam and more stable temperature.

    The 3T Series steam generator package includes the innovative T100 Touch control and the ADT automatic drain kit. No need to order individual items for a complete steam shower installation. Simply select the appropriate kW size generator for the shower space and add a ComfortFlo™ steam head in the finish of your choice.

    Technical

    ADT auto drain:

    The ADT auto drain drains the tank following each steam bath and flushes water through the tank to reduce sediment build up and provide longer element life.


    Comfort Flo Steam Head:
    The Comfort Flo steam head features a fragrance reservoir that allows the bather to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy by dropping their favorite fragrance onto the reservoir.

    Warm Start" Instant Steam Option:
    Optional 'Warm Start" feature that keeps water in the tank preheated to a temperature below boiling. The ADK auto drain option drains the tank following each steam bath and flushes water through the tank to reduce sediment build up and provide longer element life.

    The Comfort Flo steam head features a fragrance reservoir that allows the bather to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy by dropping their favorite fragrance onto the reservoir.

A variety of standard features makes these boilers desirable from a facilities maintenance point of view and delivers reliable service for owners. Each unit is designed for easy on-site maintenance and hands-off, automated operation.

    AI Series Steam Boilers

    AI Series boilers are available for the following electrical specifications.

    Standard Features:
    • ASME certified low-pressure vessel.
    • UL Listed.
    • All steel construction with powder coat exterior, brass fittings
      and stainless steel feet to prevent corrosion.
    • One or two room operation with each room controlled
      individually by separate low-voltage on/off controls.
    • External control system includes indicator light to show when
      boiler is on.
    • Room "over-temperature shut down" turns boiler elements off
      and blinks indicators to show alarm.
    • Two or three wire alarm circuit switching provides for remote
      monitoring.

    Multiple safety features including:
    • Water level sight glass.
    • Three-level water sensing system with low water cutoff.
    • High pressure cut-out on all boilers.
    • Designed for easy serviceability.
    • Simple service access.
    • Indicator lights with integral diagnostics.

    Controls & Options
    • IT1 Thermostat for single room installation. Remote or boiler mounted. Required with each boiler. 
    • IT2 Thermostat for two room installation. Remote or boiler mounted. 
    • ADI CoolFlush drain and flush system automatically performs 
      recommended daily draining and flushing of the boiler tank to 
      reduce build-up of solids such as scale and sludge. Uses a
      computer controlled drain cycle to add and drain water in steps,
      rinsing the tank and draining water at or below 140 F. 
    • IDS In-Room "Refresh" control for a quick burst of steam
      delivered on demand. 
    • I60 60 Minute Timer to control steam flow in steam rooms with
      intermittant use. 
    • I24/7 7 Day Time Clock (Digital time clock also available.)
    • I24/1 24 Hour Time Clock
